Bart is a China entrepreneur and consultant since 1998, being one the most experienced and broadly skilled China experts in the Benelux, specialized in the guidance of European SME’s in their expansion plans or investments in China. Since 2015 he is also helping Belgian and Dutch customers in the tourist or education industry to attract Chinese tourists or students.

Bart is co-founder and managing director of Horsten International (www.horsten.be) and MyChinaWeb, the first China online marketing agency in Belgium (see www.mychinaweb.com) and Board Member the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (BCECC).
